Join us as we team up with Robbins Rehab for a 6 week virtual video series.   Do these exercises 3-4  times a week to help strengthen your hips.  Each week a new video will be shared.  These exercises will be most effective if you add the current weeks moves onto the previous weeks exercises.  When you reach Week 6 it shouldn’t take you more then 30 minutes to complete the entire series.

Equipment needed:  Resistance Bands, Chair for balance.
Optional equipment:  Light kettlebells/weights, a mat if you like.

Team In Training raises funds in support of
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS).

The mission of LLS is: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.

LLS exists to find cures and ensure access to treatments for blood cancer patients. We are the voice for all blood cancer patients and we work to ensure access to treatments for all blood cancer patients.  For more information on the fundraising races and events they will be holding this year please click on the link below.

6 Week Frozen Feet Streak

We want everyone to keep moving through the winter, so our Frozen Feet Challenge has returned for 2021!

We’ll be running or walking at least 1 continuous mile outside every day for 6 weeks, starting February 3 and ending March 17. This is a new year and therefore a new challenge, so if you’ve participated in a previous year, you’ll need to sign up again for 2021.

Up for this challenge?

Then SIGN UP before February 3 to participate. Registration is only $15 and participants receive:

  • $10 gift certificate to Aardvark Sports Shop
  • $10 gift certificate to delicious Roasted restaurant in South Bethlehem
  • Successfully complete the challenge and receive a T-shirt with a Frozen Feet design. T-shirt is unisex, so keep this in mind when choosing size.

We’ll be sending weekly updates with total miles run, special products, and featured shout-outs! Log your miles online at http://frozenfeet.aardvarksportsshop.com and stay in the streak. Miles may be logged as frequently as you like.  No fancy GPS gadgets required. Miles completed are based on the honor system.  Social media is not needed either but if you have it, share your photos using hashtag #frozenfeet2021 and tag us for opportunities to be featured on our page or social media!
