Join us as we team up with Robbins Rehab for a 6 week virtual video series.   Do these exercises 3-4  times a week to help strengthen your hips.  Each week a new video will be shared.  These exercises will be most effective if you add the current weeks moves onto the previous weeks exercises.  When you reach Week 6 it shouldn’t take you more then 30 minutes to complete the entire series.

Equipment needed:  Resistance Bands, Chair for balance.
Optional equipment:  Light kettlebells/weights, a mat if you like.
