    Local running and walking clubs, groups & trail maps.

    • LEHIGH VALLEY ROAD RUNNERS - Lehigh Valley Road Runners’ primary purpose is to develop and promote distance running and racing in the Greater Lehigh Valley area, to provide information and social activities, and to enhance training opportunities in a supportive atmosphere for all runners of all abilities.


    • GIRLS ON THE RUN - Girls on the Run inspires individuals of all abilities to recognize their unique strengths, while building a sense of connection in a team setting. Volunteer coaches facilitate lessons that blend physical activity with life skill development to enable team members to adapt to whatever comes their way. At the end of the season, the team completes a 5K together, which provides a tangible sense of accomplishment and sets a confident mindset into motion.


    • FIRST STRIDES - A ten week program for women that takes place in the Spring and late summer/early fall.  It is a beginner friendly walking and running program designed to gradually train you to complete a 5k (3.12 miles).


    • BREAKFAST CLUB RUNNERS - Need some folks to run with?  Join the BCR!  It's free.  All levels are welcome.  Regardless of age or ability! We Run. We Eat. We Laugh. Casual weekly group runs occuring throughout the Lehigh Valley.
