2026 - Celebrating our 14th year as running group!!
Team Vark is a diverse mix of runners with all kinds of experience - from newcomers to speedsters who are setting records! As a team, we're dedicated to supporting each other, having fun, and enjoying our journey.
We cap the membership at 200 people. Registration fills up fast. Please do not register if you know you cannot make the Team Vark runs at 7:30am (or the Sunrise Squad at 5:30am) on Saturdays. We will announce when we are full.
Your membership includes access to a training plan (it does not include race registration). Training should be stress free!! We hope that you ultimately find the right program for you, but you can switch training programs to fit your needs with no additional cost.

5k training - No running experience needed! For the beginner to experienced runner.

10k training - Experience levels: For the beginner who can complete a 5k within 6 months before Team Vark training starts in July, to the experienced runner.

Half Marathon training - Experience levels: Recommended for the runner who can complete 5 miles before Team Vark training starts in July. Also great for the experienced runner!
Team Vark Perks
